Appeal for information after woman racially abused in Bow

Do you know the driver of this van? He allegedly hurled racial abuse at a woman on Tuesday 12th April. The incident happened in the morning.

It is alleged that the driver of the van shouted racial abuse at a woman. It is also alleged that the driver tried to reverse in to the woman but sped off after realising he was being filmed.
