Bowers took the lead only 4 minutes in to the game and less than 60 seconds later they doubled their lead to make it 2-0.

The first half ended 2-0 but there could have been more goals for the home side, the Tower Hamlets keeper did well to keep the ball out of his net.

It took the home side 3 minutes after the restart to get on the score sheet and scored a further 4 goals to make it 7-0.

Bowers would have kept a clean sheet but Ikenwe grabbed a consolation goal for Tower Hamlets which was described as scrappy.

Tower Hamlets now have a tough visit Clapton FC on 2nd April. Clapton thrashed Sporting Bengal 6-1 at Mile End stadium last week.
