Three people have been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs after officers from the National Crime Agency and Metropolitan Police Service’s Organised Crime Partnership recovered 29 kilos of class A drugs in East London.

Andrea Kidd (49) from Bletchley, Milton Keynes, was handed seven kilos of cocaine by Samsul Ali (25) and Ibrahim Miah (24) both from E14, in the Limehouse area of London and all three were arrested in a car shortly after.

Officers searched Miah’s home in Coltman Street E14 and found part of a drug pressing machine and £3,000.

They also found documents identifying an address in Candle Street, E14, and discovered it was a safe house when they recovered 14 kilos of heroin, eight kilos of cocaine and another cocaine press.

Kidd, Ali and Miah were charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and remanded in custody. They will appear on 5 July at Blackfriars Crown Court.
