London Marathon passes through Tower Hamlets – ROAD CLOSURES

The London Marathon is passing through a Tower Hamlets street near you, watch out for road closures!

On Sunday 24 April, the Virgin Money London Marathon will pass through Canary Wharf. Runners will race through Tower Hamlets as part of their route and will cross the iconic Tower Bridge when they reached the half-way point.

The route is the same as last year due to building work on Heron Quays Road. Roads will be closed 8am to 7pm so please check before you travel.

The Metro has compiled a full list of all road closures and bus diversions. Please check below.
